Every enquiry is read by a person, not passed to a call centre. We aim to reply to calls and emails promptly during working days, and we will always tell you the next step, even if that is simply booking a longer conversation later in the week.
Much of our work starts at your home. We visit houses and flats across London and Hertfordshire to measure up, look at how the space is used and talk through what you want from it.
We are also used to working alongside architects and interior designers, and can join site meetings during a renovation or extension so the joinery is planned in early rather than squeezed in at the end.
